The Core
A model of your brand that keeps itself.
Structured like knowledge. Versioned like code. Maintained by the software. Siloed per brand. Shaped by the brand it holds. The Core is what every Ultra77 module runs on — and the asset you own.

Structured, not config
Nine knowledge surfaces per brand.
Schema-light enough to capture nuance, rigid enough for machines to populate, query and edit reliably.

How it changes
Every change is a proposal you review, then a commit you can trace.
Editing the Core is a conversation. Tell it what changed, read the diff, commit. Every commit records the author, the instruction and the exact change.

Versioned, not overwritten
Undo anything. Time-travel to any date. Attribute every change.
The Core is a commit tree, not a document. Any past state is reproducible forever — which is why a generation run can pin the commit it ran against and be re-run against the same brand a year later.
How it's used
Rich corpus in. Lean brief out. Never a memory dump.
Layer 1 is the rich corpus. Layer 2 extracts only what a given task needs. Layer 3 is a brief of roughly a hundred and fifty words that reaches the model. Generations within a brand feel like siblings across campaigns and modalities because the same knowledge shapes all of them — without drowning the model in it.
Siloed, not pooled
One account. Many brands. Zero leakage.
Each brand is isolated with row-level enforcement in the database, per-brand governance toggles and a per-brand data-protection surface. Built for the holding-company reality where one brand's DNA must be structurally incapable of appearing in another's outputs.
Living, not stale
It argues with itself and reads the news.
Consistency audit.
The Core checks its own surfaces against each other and turns contradictions into suggestions in an inbox.
Web-grounded enrichment.
It researches the open web for what's changed about the brand and its world, drafts suggestions, and has each claim independently fact-checked, trust-tiered and stamped with its source.
Nothing lands without review.
Suggestions are proposals; a person commits.
Adaptive, not fixed
It takes the shape of the brand it holds.
The Core's primitives — do-not rules, creative tests, post-generation vision checks, provenance, the versioned audit trail — are vertical-neutral. For a luxury house they express as premium-aesthetic governance. For a regulated brand the identical machinery becomes age-gating, prohibited-claim gates, health-warning and jurisdiction checks, and a substantiation trail.
Today every accept, reject and dismissal across the modules is captured as an audit event. Feeding them back into the Core is the second learning loop we are building toward — and the line between a product that deepens with use and a consultancy that bills by the hour.
Definition
Brand intelligence core
A brand intelligence core is a structured, versioned, self-maintaining model of a brand that AI workflows query and generate against. It differs from brand guidelines (static documents) and brand kits (settings) in three ways: it is maintained by software, with provenance on every fact; it is versioned, so any past state can be reproduced; and it is isolated per brand, so a portfolio can share one account without sharing knowledge.
