A Core that holds your brand as versioned, self-maintaining knowledge — siloed per brand, a source on every fact — and runs every AI workflow on it.

The problem, mid-2026
The same models your competitors use, and every freelancer with a subscription. Output exploded; brand coherence collapsed.
A settings page of fonts, colors and tone bolted onto a generator, locked inside someone's ecosystem. Nobody offers a brand's intelligence as an asset the brand owns.
AI answers now mediate discovery and, increasingly, purchase. Brands that aren't legible to machines lose queries they never knew existed.
The Core
The Core is what a client is actually buying; the modules are how they use it. It is structured like knowledge, versioned like code, maintained by the software — and it takes the shape of the brand it holds.
Nine knowledge surfaces per brand — identity, voice, visual DNA, products, do-nots, creative tests, craft, characters, references. Rich enough to hold nuance, rigid enough for machines to query.
Every change is a commit: author, instruction, diff. Undo anything. Time-travel to any date. Re-run last quarter's campaign against the exact brand state that produced it.
The Core audits itself for contradictions and enriches itself from the open web. Every incoming claim is independently fact-checked, trust-tiered and stamped with its source before it can touch your brand. It argues with itself and reads the news.
One account, many brands, each a hard silo enforced in the database. Brand A is structurally incapable of leaking into Brand B — the guarantee a holding company's lawyers can sign.
The same primitives become a premium creative engine for a luxury house and compliance infrastructure for a regulated brand. The corpus seeds the fit; the loop sharpens it.

One engine, two expressions
Most tools pick a vertical and harden around it. Ultra77's primitives are vertical-neutral — and express differently depending on the brand.
A premium creative engine
Do-not rules and creative tests guard aesthetic, IP and graphic edge. Silos keep sister brands structurally apart. The privacy posture satisfies holding-company legal.
A compliance OS
The same do-nots become age-gating and prohibited-claim gates. Creative tests become health-warning and jurisdiction checks. Provenance becomes claims substantiation. The versioned audit trail — model, prompt, inputs and the exact brand state behind every asset — is the paper trail a compliance officer would otherwise assemble by hand.
The adaptation is the software's, never a consultant's. Every accept, reject and deployment is captured and fed back, so the Core learns its brand the way a model learns from feedback — not the way a config file gets filled in.

Who's building this
Ultra77 is built by the team behind Swell NY, an agency, and S77, an AI studio — people who evaluate frontier models for a living and ship real client campaigns with them. We built the Core because we needed it: the tools we tried treated the brand as a settings page and the model as the product. We think it's the other way around.
The luxury-grade data posture is a feature, not a tax.
Finished from the first screen.
Every primitive comes from an operator's friction, not a whiteboard.
Design partners
Luxury, fashion and beauty houses — and regulated brands, where governance is existential. Partners get the Core built around their brand with us, roadmap priority, and terms that reflect being early. We get to prove the two expressions of the Core on real work.
